At TrendingBeauty.in, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations:

• No Returns/Exchanges Accepted Unless:

1. There’s a manufacturing defect.

2. Incorrect items are shipped.

3. Heavy damage occurs during product transit.

4. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, only replacements are provided. Refunds are not issued.

• Important Notes Before Filing a Complaint:

We require a proper unboxing video showing the unopened seal and clearly highlighting the issue.

You must inform us at Yk1050624@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If the defect, damage, or incorrect product is not reported within 48 hours of receipt, we will not be responsible for a refund or replacement.

NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once the payment has been made for services provided by our company.

• Cancellation Policy:
